At The Airport

Yes, there are lockers available on the Ground Floor of the T4 multi-level carpark, near the escalators. The cost of rental for these lockers are for 24 hours and several pieces of baggage can be placed in a locker depending on the size of the locker and the bags.

Yes, there are shower facilities located in T2 International Departures, both before and after security screening. Please note there is no facility to rent towels.

Melbourne Airport has a lost property service located at the Visitor Information desk located in the Terminal 2 (T2) Arrivals Hall on the ground floor.

The desk is operational from 04:00 to 00:00, seven days a week, including all public holidays.

This desk is where you will be able to collect any lost property after you have been notified it has been located. Lost property collection is from 8am-8pm with prior arrangement.

If you are away from the airport, please fill in the lost property form for items lost while inside the airport. Please note if you lose an item on an aircraft, you will need to notify the airline with which you were travelling.

Yes, there are two 24/7 multi-denominational prayer rooms which are located:

• On the ground floor between Terminal 2 and 3
• In Terminal 2, after security (opposite Cafe Sol)
