    Let us do the parking for you! Simply drive to the Qantas Valet Car Park office and hand us the keys. We'll take care of the rest. It's quick and easy – what more could you want? Located on Level 1 of the Terminal 1, 2, 3 Car Park.

  • Where is the Qantas Valet Car Park located?

    Qantas Valet is now located on Level 1 of the Terminal 1, 2, 3 Car Park.

  • How do I book parking at Qantas Valet?

    There is no need to book online. Simply drive to the Qantas Valet Car Park office and hand us the keys. One of our friendly team will organise a booking for you upon arrival.

  • How do I get to the Qantas Valet Car Park?

    The Qantas Valet Car Park has moved to Level 1 of the Terminal 1, 2, 3 Car Park:

    • From the Tullamarine Freeway,  follow signs to Melbourne Airport.
    • Continue toward the airport and look for signs directing you to Parking at T1, T2, T3 (Exit 19B).
    • Follow signs for Qantas Valet Car Park and use the leftmost lane to enter.
    • Tap your credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay at the marked area on the right-hand side of the entry column. This will not charge your card; it’s only for entry.
    • Proceed to Level 1 and tap your card again at the second boom gate to access the car park.
    • Drive past the Premium Valet Parking (Located at the first office in the Valet Parking area), continue towards Qantas Valet Parking: Located at the second office, closest to Terminal 1.

  • What are the operating hours for Qantas Valet Car Park?

    Services are available from 5am to 1am, with no advance booking required. If you require assistance outside of these hours, please contact the Qantas Valet Customer Service team on 03 8336 4284.

  • How do I enter the Qantas Valet Car Park if I don’t have a credit card?

    Press the intercom at the entry gate to request a ticket. Take the ticket to Level 1 of the Terminal 1, 2, 3 Car Park and use it to enter the Valet boom gate. Once at the Qantas Valet Car Park office, our staff will assist you.

  • How do I enter the Qantas Valet Car Park using a credit card?

    Simply tap your credit card at the entry gate or take a ticket. Then head to Level 1 of the Terminal 1, 2, 3 Car Park to enter the Valet boom gate. Proceed to the Qantas Valet Car Park office where our staff will assist you.

  • How do I exit the Qantas Valet Car Park?

    When you return from your trip, head to the Qantas Valet Car Park office on Level 1 of the Terminal 1, 2, 3 Car Park to collect your car. The staff will process your payment and provide you with an exit ticket to use at the exit boom gates when leaving the car park.

  • What happens if I tap my credit card on the way out?

    If you tap your credit card on exit, you will be charged the Premium Car Park drive up rate. Melbourne Airport rate.

    If you realise the error after you’ve exited, you can contact the Qantas Valet customer service team who will assist with your refund request.

  • What is the height restriction for the Qantas Valet Car Park?

    The height restriction is 2.2 meters.

  • Why did the Qantas Valet Car Park move locations?

    Melbourne Airport is investing over $1 billion annually to enhance our terminals, airfields, and transport infrastructure. This new home for Qantas Valet is part of The Naarm Way Stage 2 project. This project will improve road access, reduce congestion, and enhance safety. This upgrade will also support the expected doubling of passenger numbers in the next 20 years.

  • How will customers be supported during this transition?

    To assist customers during the transition period, we will have:

    • On-site staff will be at the current Qantas Valet location
    • Posters and flyers with directions
    • Wayfinding signage for pedestrians and drivers

    The Qantas Valet Car Park is open from 5:00 AM until the last Qantas flight of the day, typically around midnight (subject to flight delays).
