How do I enter the car park using a QR Code?
Once you receive your QR code, it is important to ensure you can easily access it when you reach the car park gate. You can choose to download the email, capture a screenshot of the QR code, send it to yourself via SMS, or add it to your Apple or Google Wallet.
At the car park entry, the QR Code scanner is located on the bottom left hand corner of the entry machines. Make sure you can reach the scanner from the driver’s side window. To scan your QR code, turn your phone brightness up, lay it flat beneath the scanner – QR code up – and hold for two seconds.
Here is a video showing you how to enter the car park using your QR code.

What is a QR code?
A QR code is a “quick response code” and it’s used to quickly retrieve information using smart phones. It looks a bit like a crossword puzzle but it’s a code that, in this case, will link your parking booking to our gates and let you in and out of the car park that you have pre-booked.
