Our new free Pick Up and Drop Off zones for Terminals 1 (Qantas), 2 (International) and 3 (Virgin Australia) are now open in the T123 Transport Hub. There are no changes to T123 Car Park, car rental return, buses, shuttles or coaches, or Pick up for Uber, Taxi or rideshare. We know it's a big change but we have extra support available every step of the way. Chauffeur/Hire cars can be pre-arranged to meet you at any of our terminals. Drivers will meet at the Chauffeur/Hire cars meeting points inside the airport.

The fee is agreed to in advance as there is no meter in the vehicle.

Chauffeur/Hire cars must be pre-arranged as there are no service desks at the airport.
