Terminal 1, 2 & 3
For passengers flying in from Qantas (T1), International Airlines (T2) or Virgin Australia (T3), free 1 minute Pick Up zones are located on Arrival Drive, on the ground level of the Terminal 1,2 & 3 forecourt.
To access Arrival Drive, simply follow the signs for T123 ‘Pick Up’ on the Tullamarine Freeway that will guide you to the pickup area in the forecourt.
Due to construction works in the Terminal 1,2 & 3 forecourt, if you are flying Virgin Australia (T3) it can be easier to pick up on Level 1 of the T4 Transport Hub which is just a short walk to and from Terminal 3.
Terminal 4
For those flying Jetstar domestic or Rex, pick up is easy on Level 1 of the T4 Transport Hub.
To access Level 1 in the T4 Transport Hub, exit the Tullamarine Freeway earlier at Exit 19A Naarm Way and follow the signs to the T4 Pick Up zone, or enter the car park if you need more time.

Need more time?
To avoid congestion, there is a 1-minute-standing time limit for all vehicles. Please ensure you passenger is waiting and ready for collection before entering the pickup area.
If you need more time, please enter the Terminal Car Parks where the first 15 minutes are free, then $17 for the first hour of parking. If you’re needing a bit longer, you can view our drive up rates, or save by booking online for the cheapest prices.
Or you can consider using our free wait zone that is free for the first 60 minutes.
The free wait zone is conveniently located on Mercer Drive near the Tullamarine Freeway.
