Dropping off a passenger? There are free Drop Off zones located on Departure Drive for Terminals 1,2 & 3 and at level 2 on the T4 Transport Hub.
Terminal 1, 2 & 3
Passengers flying Qantas (T1), International Airlines (T2) or Virgin Australia (T3), can be dropped off via Departure Drive on Level 2.
To access Departure Drive, simply follow the signs for T123 ‘Drop Off’ on the Tullamarine Freeway that will guide you to the drop off area.
Terminal 4
For passengers flying Jetstar domestic or Rex, they can be dropped off at Level 2 of the T4 Transport Hub.
To access Level 2 in the T4 Transport Hub, exit the Tullamarine Freeway earlier at Exit 19A Naarm Way and follow the signs to the T4 Drop Off zone, or enter the car park if you need more time.
Need more time?
For longer goodbyes you can drop your passengers off with their luggage right at the kerb and then head to the nearest car park. View our current parking rates, but for the cheapest prices it’s always best to book online before you arrive.
