Melbourne Airport has created a brand-new home for Premium Valet Parking, Premium Self Parking, and Qantas Valet on Level 1 of the Terminal 1, 2, 3 Car Park.

Your ultimate parking services are now together in one convenient spot. Choose from Premium Valet, Premium Self Parking or Qantas Valet, all with undercover parking, walkways, and direct access to terminals.

Premium Valet Parking, Premium Self Parking, and Qantas Valet have relocated to their new home on Level 1 of the Terminal 1, 2, 3 Car Park, offering enhanced convenience and accessibility.

For Premium Self Park and Valet

1. From the Tullamarine Freeway, follow signs to Melbourne Airport.
2. Continue toward the airport and look for signs directing you to Parking at T1, T2, T3 (Exit 19B).
3. Follow signs for the Premium Car Park and use the leftmost lane to enter.
   • If pre-booked: Scan your QR code at the boom gate to enter.
   • If not pre-booked: Tap your credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay at the marked area on the entry column.
4. Proceed to Level 1 and follow the signs to your chosen parking option:
   • Premium Valet: Repeat the entry process at the Valet Entrance boom gate.
   • Premium Park: Follow the signs to the designated Premium area and complete the entry process at the boom gates.
     

For Qantas Valet Parking

1. From the Tullamarine Freeway, continue onto Terminal Drive.
2. Follow signs for Qantas Valet Car Park and use the leftmost lane to enter.
3. Tap your credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay at the marked area on the right-hand side of the entry column. This will not charge your card; it’s only for entry.
4. Proceed to Level 1 and tap your card again at the second boom gate to access the car park.
   • Premium Valet Parking: Located at the first office in the Valet Parking area.
   • Qantas Valet Parking: Located at the second office, closest to Terminal 1.
5. The Qantas Valet team will assist with payment and provide an exit ticket.

Why are we building a new home for Premium Valet Parking, Premium Self Parking, and Qantas Valet Parking?

Melbourne Airport is investing over $1 billion annually to enhance our terminals, airfields, and transport infrastructure. This new home for Premium Parking Services is part of The Naarm Way Stage 2 project. This project will improve road access, reduce congestion, and enhance safety. This upgrade will also support the expected doubling of passenger numbers in the next 20 years. 

Where will the new home of ultimate parking be located?

• Qantas Valet will move from its current location to Level 1 of the Terminal 1, 2, 3 Car Park.
• Premium Self Parking and Premium Valet Parking will be moving down one level to Level 1 of the Terminal 1, 2, 3 Car Park.
• The new locations will feature dedicated entry, offering a seamless and convenient experience for all customers.
• All Premium Valet and Premium Self Parking is fully undercover and feature direct lift access to a new pedestrian undercover footbridge for easy terminal connections.
• Please note – Premium Self Parking in the Terminal 4 Car Park will remain unchanged, in the same location

How do I choose which Valet or Premium service to use?

You can choose to park with any Premium or Valet Service no matter which airline or flight you are catching:

• No booking is necessary for Qantas Valet
• You can book and pre-pay for Melbourne Airport Valet and Premium Parking (Melbourne Airport Premium Parking is in the same convenient location but you park your own car)
• Qantas Valet offers the opportunity to earn Qantas Points (check terms and conditions)

Will there be add on services?

We will be offering car washing and dry cleaning services in future for an additional fee. Check-in and bag drop services will not be available.

To ensure a smooth transition for travellers, we’ll be implementing several key measures to assist with navigation and keep everyone informed: 

• On-site support: Staff will be stationed at all key locations during the initial weeks of the relocation to assist with wayfinding. They’ll be equipped with printed assets to help travellers navigate the changes smoothly. 
• Signage: Updated directional signs will be placed at key touchpoints, both at previous and new locations, ensuring clear guidance. 
• Flyers & posters: Flyers and posters, including QR codes linking to maps and directions, will be available at car rental offices and Valet offices to help guide travellers. 
• Website updates: A dedicated web page will provide up-to-date information on parking relocations, with new maps and directions for easier navigation. 

• Enjoy more choice with Premium Valet, Qantas Valet, and Premium Self Parking conveniently located in one spot.
• Enhanced premium parking experience with easy access and dedicated entry.
• Undercover parking to protect your vehicle from the elements.
