The car parks and roads at Melbourne Airport are very busy this week

All car parks at Melbourne Airport are very busy this week and booking out fast. If you don't have a booking, consider alternate forms of transport to come to the airport. If you do have a booking, allow extra time to find a spot and have your QR code ready for a smooth entry. Please note access to the Terminal 4 Car Park via the Naarm Way ramp has fully reopened. You can now drive straight from the Tullamarine Freeway via Exit 19A with no detours required. Due to ongoing construction in the Terminal 1,2,3 car park pick up and drop off areas, passengers should plan for potential delays of up to an hour during peak times if you are being dropped off by a loved one, taxi or Uber.  Thank you for your patience while we are building your airport.

Overview

Melbourne Airport is located on Commonwealth land and is subject to the Airports Act 1996 (Cth) along with heightened security, building, heritage and environmental restrictions. If you're planning on conducting maintenance or making changes to an existing telecommunications facility at a site or tenancy at Melbourne Airport, or looking to install a new telecommunications facility at Melbourne Airport, you will need to gain approval from both Melbourne Airport (as the Airport Lessee Company) and the Airport Building Controller (ABC) prior to commencing any work.

Further information on the building approval application process can be found here.
