The car parks and roads at Melbourne Airport are very busy this week

All car parks at Melbourne Airport are very busy this week and booking out fast. If you don't have a booking, consider alternate forms of transport to come to the airport. If you do have a booking, allow extra time to find a spot and have your QR code ready for a smooth entry. If using the Terminal 4 car park including pick up and drop off, please note Naarm Way is closed until mid November. To access the T4 car park, please exit the Tullamarine Freeway at Exit 18 on Mercer Drive, then turn right at the Airport Drive roundabout and follow the signs to the Terminal 4 car park. Proceed to Level 2 for drop-offs or Level 1 for pick-ups. Due to ongoing construction in the Terminal 1,2,3 car park pick up and drop off areas, passengers should plan for potential delays of up to an hour during peak times if you are being dropped off by a loved one, taxi or Uber.  Thank you for your patience while we are building your airport.

Introducing this year's Car Park Sleepout MC

We’re honoured to welcome Khayshie Tilak Ramesh, a respected voice in diversity, equity, and inclusion, as this year’s Melbourne Airport Car Park Sleepout MC.

Khayshie is a fierce advocate for intersectional gender equality, working across housing, health, mental health, youth, multicultural inclusion, and the rights and wellbeing of LGBTIQ+ and neurodivergent communities.

Meet Khayshie

To Khayshie, achieving diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging requires more than just ticking boxes – it demands a commitment to change. A lawyer by trade (but a storyteller and educator at heart), she has built her career on driving cultural transformation and challenging industry & community to rethink diversity and inclusion.

Her leadership has been recognised nationally and globally, including her selection to represent Australia’s gender equality priorities at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women in New York.

She was appointed the inaugural Youth Mayor of the City of Greater Bendigo, and has been recognised as Young Citizen of the Year, Law Student of the Year, a Premier’s Volunteer Leadership Award winner, and recipient of the Victorian Multicultural Award for Excellence: Service to the Victorian Community.

Khayshie proudly served two terms as the Multicultural Youth Commissioner of Victoria and has contributed to numerous boards and committees.

We’re grateful to have Khayshie join our Car Park Sleepout, sharing her experience and passion at a night dedicated to community, compassion and action.
