The At Terminal T1 T2 T3 and Business car parks offer disabled access and convenient location for closest to terminal parking.
At Terminal T1 T2 T3 parking
The At Terminal T1 T2 T3 Car Park lifts have been designed with the wide doors and low height controls to ensure accessibility from a wheelchair. The control panel is also written in Braille.
Disabled parking is available in row K at the ground level, located behind the car rental area, adjacent to the lifts and also on levels 1, 2 and 3 adjacent to the lifts.
For easy access to T3 (Virgin Australia) and T2 International Terminal park in disabled bays located in row F on levels 1, 2 and 3. For access to T1 (Qantas) use row M on levels 1, 2 and 3.
Once you have parked, please proceed to level 2 of the car park and follow signage to the terminals. This will lead you to the sky bridges which grant undercover access to the terminals.
All disabled bays are under cover.
Carers assisting passengers with companion cards are eligible for a full parking fee refund if the following requirements are met:
- the carer can prove that the passenger was either departing or arriving on a flight;
- the passenger has a valid companion card; and
- the carer had parked in the At Terminal T1 T2 T3 or T4 car park for 2 hours or less.

Business Car Park
There is one disabled parking bay in the Business Car Park, located close to the T1 (Qantas) terminal.
We recommend this car park for T1 (Qantas) travellers only as other terminals are at some distance.
Access to terminals is through an open-air path.
