We embrace the spirit, the fun, the essence of the great bars of Spain. We cook the food of our home country using Spanish techniques, both traditional and modern, constantly acknowledging that we are at the gateway of Melbourne internationally.

Travellers to all parts of the world now sit at our bar or within the restaurant before boarding their flights, catching on that they can come in for a Moritz beer and a spiced chicken escabache tapa at the bar then move across to a table and share a plate of slowly braised beef cheek in Pedro Ximenez on cauliflower puree, some Patatas Bravas and down some seriously good Spanish red wine.
