Melbourne Airport has developed a online portal to manage a number of access permits and other processes - know as the Business Process Management System (BPMS).
First time users need to register as a new user to utilise the system. Note: the Project Manager/ Contract Manager is your APAM contact at Melbourne Airport.
Effective 17 July 2014, all access permit requests must be applied for via the Business Process Management System (BPMS) - click on the heading link above. Access permits must be obtained to enter a range of restricted areas such: Roof, Ceiling Space, Plant Rooms, TSB Buildings, Confined Spaces or for the removal of ceiling tiles.
