Focused on transforming the entire airport operations and construction capability, whilst simultaneously delivering quality customer service and operational excellence - during a significant growth period where passenger numbers grew from 25 to 31 million per year. Simon has a 17 year career with BAA in the UK where he held a number of General Manager roles at both Heathrow and Gatwick, along with a number of consultancy assignments in Europe and Asia Pacific region. Simon is passionate about creating tangible growth opportunities for airline business relating to Melbourne Airport, The City of Melbourne and The State of Victoria.

Responsible for commercial pricing negotiations with airline customers, including airfield, landside infrastructure and terminals. Previous responsibilities includes corporate strategy and taxation for APAC. Michael has over 20 years airport experience in the finance and commercial areas and is a CPA qualified accountant. Previous work experience was in the transport and manufacturing sectors.

Leading the China aeronautical team, working with government, tourism and wider community stakeholders to grow air services between Melbourne and China. Previously a commercial lawyer in private practice before joining Mlebourne Airport in 2002 where he had responsibility for Melbourne Airport's growth strategy for airport acquisition and investments. Currently a State Committee member of the Australia China Business Council and has been a Director of Destination Melbourne, responsible for tourism and visitation marketing in Melbourne. Damian is a passionate advocate of engagement and strengthening of cultural, business and governmeent links between Melbourne and China. Responsible for the growth of air services at Melbourne, working with current and potential airlines on business development and cooperative marketing opportunities, with a key focus on airline growth in China, and also playing a lead role in the delivery of APAM’s “Think China Strategy” across Customer Service delivery, Retail, and People & Performance teams to support airline growth and customer service and retail programs for Chinese customers. As a culturally sensitive and commercially astute professional, Susan is skilled at developing and executing Australia-China business strategies.

Responsible for the growth of air services at Melbourne, working with current and potential airlines on business development and cooperative marketing opportunities. A background in the aviation industry has given Kim exposure to a wide range of airline and airport issues and solutions globally. Kim has worked on projects from passenger forecasting, airport marketing and business case development. With more than 10 years of experience in the aviation and IT industries, Federico is a business developer focused on identifying new business opportunities, analysing potential return on investments, developing strategic sales & marketing plans, and securing new sources of revenue. Federico was part of ASUR Airports’ route development team for 6 years and has participated in different M&A projects in the Americas and Europe.

Responsible for creating airline marketing strategies that support airline business growth and seat capacity (both domestically and internationally), Rodrigo is also responsible for airline marketing strategy development and implementation. He brings a wealth of experience in marketing strategy with a strong focus on digital media to create tailored marketing initiatives to develop Melbourne Airport's airline business.

Responsible for aeronautical support for commercial pricing negotiations, and economic and financial support around forecasting, as well as support around financial analysis and reporting for PAX. Ryan has been at Melbourne Airport since October 2014, having previously worked with EY and KPMG, having worked across financial modelling, economic modelling, business cases and procurement advice for regulated and unregulated infrastructure assets.
