From 6 October, we’ve changed the way you pick up and drop off for Terminals 1,2 and 3.
New Pick Up and Drop Off zones
We've made a big change to the way you pick up and drop off at Melbourne Airport.
On 6 October, we opened our new, free and expanded Pick Up and Drop Off zones for passengers using Terminal 1 (Qantas Domestic), Terminal 2 (International) and Terminal 3 (Virgin Australia) in the new T123 Transport Hub.
It operates in a similar way to the T4 Transport Hub for Jetstar and Rex passengers, but on a bigger scale.
We've also opened a new dedicated exit from the Tullamarine Freeway and more room for your hellos and goodbyes. The new Pick Up and Drop Off zones will allow us to start expanding the International Terminal.
We have plenty of support on hand to help guide you through the changes. If you're visiting the airport, keep an eye out for the signs to the new T123 Transport Hub.
