This Australia-wide information and complaints service is the aviation industry’s main interface for the community on aircraft noise and related issues.
The Noise Complaints and Information Service (NCIS) operates as a 24 hour number on 1800 802 584, and complaints can also be made directly via the online complaint form.
Complaints are monitored on a monthly basis, and appropriate investigations and corrective actions are undertaken if any aircraft have operated outside their assigned flight tracks or altitudes.
