Melbourne Airport

APAC Chief Executive Officer

Jan 09, 2007

In August 2006, Chris Barlow announced his intention to retire as the CEO of Australia Pacific Airports Corporation, the operator of Melbourne and Launceston Airports.

A succession plan was put into place for Chris Woodruff of BAA to replace Chris Barlow in March 2007.

For family reasons, Chris Woodruff this afternoon decided to stay in the UK.

Chris Barlow, CEO since 2000, will continue in the role, while succession planning by the APAC Board for the new CEO continues in the coming months.

It remains business as usual at Melbourne and Launceston Airports.
