| Responsible for all commercial aeronautical activities including M&A, aeronautical revenue, contract negotiations and route & market development. Previously responsible for infrastructure planning at APAC and Melbourne Airport's Master Plan. Nathan has been involved in aviation for almost 20 years, including as a senior executive at Air New Zealand with responsibility for group strategy, network and fleet planning and airport infrastructure planning. |
Responsible for commercial pricing negotiations with airline customers, including airfield, landside infrastructure and terminals. Previous responsibilities includes corporate strategy and taxation for APAC. Michael has over 20 years airport experience in the finance and commercial areas and is a CPA qualified accountant. Previous work experience was in the transport and manufacturing sectors. |

Nicolas comes from Virgin Australia where he worked in Network Management delivering network plans, route development, revenue modelling, and competitor analysis.
