Travellers' information service

Travellers’ Services is an information service which is available from two locations - the ground floor of the ARRIVALS hall of the International terminal (T2) and the Domestic terminal (T1).

It’s the first point of contact for visitors to Melbourne to find out about the latest events, tours and must-see destinations that Victoria has to offer.

The International (T2) service desk is open for personalised service from 6am to noon and 7pm to 11pm, seven days a week.  These times reflect the most common arrival times for international arrivals.  Outside of these hours please call or email the desk via the contacts below - and a staff member will return your call during the next shift.

A range of tourist and accommodation information can be accessed from the desk outside these hours - via the self service free call phone system and a range of brochures on hand.
